ТОРГОВАЯ МАРКА

All logos (trademarks) «GJ», «Gloria Jeans», «Gee Jay», «GEE JAY», «GLORIA» as well as commercial name “Gloria Jeans” (including but not restricted to logos) are trademarks, registered in accordance with the Russian and International legislation, and have legal protection. The logos are used by the corporate group “Gloria Jeans” and registered as the trademarks holder, or by other persons who have the permission of the trademark holder.

It is forbidden to copy, reproduce, edit, place, distribute, and advertise or to use “Gloria Jeans” trademarks without written permission of the trademark holder. It is also forbidden to use the trademark in other websites or in other computer network environment, e.g. to keep and reproduce parts of the site in any external network hosts as well as to create links, hypertexts and subdivided links between site and any other Internet site without written permission of the trademark holder.

Unauthorized usage of the trademarks will presuppose certain penalties in accordance with Russian and International legislation.
